Shipping Information:
All orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days after you successfully place your order. After your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email that contains your tracking number.
Please note that it can take 48 hours for your tracking number to start updating.

Most orders are delivered within 7 business days after they are shipped out.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the postal carriers.
Please note, once tracking shows that your package has been delivered, we are no longer responsible for the order.
If your order is returned to sender and sent back to our warehouse, we will provide you with a refund, minus the original shipping fee.
Returns + Refunds Information:
We are so sorry to hear you aren't happy with your order from us! We want to make things right!
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect order, please reach out to our team at happy@goosefarmsdrygoods.com within 14 days of delivery and we will either send you a refund or a replacement free of charge!
If you just decide that you no longer want any of the items you ordered, that's okay! Please contact our team within 30 days of delivery and we can process a refund for you! Please note that any items must be unopened and unused in order to be eligible for a returned.
For these returns, we will issue you a refund, minus the original shipping fee.
